DWU to host youth night, concert

DWU will host its sixth Mitchell Area Youth Night at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Sherman Center on campus.

The Robbie Seay Band will also perform during regular campus worship at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Sherman Center.

The band is co-sponsored with Compassion International and the shows are free and open to the public.

The Robbie Seay Band hails from Houston, Texas, and its Ecclesia Church, which is pastored by Robbie’s brother. The band is comprised of Seay, vocals and songwriting; Dan Hamilton, lead guitar; and Ryan Owens, bass. Following both events, Compassion International will provide information on an opportunity to sponsor a child in a Third World country.
