Inmate missing from minimum-security prison in SD

RAPID CITY (AP) — Authorities are searching for an inmate missing from a minimum-security prison in Rapid City.

State corrections officials say 25-year-old Jeremy Phelps was not at his work release job when authorities checked on Monday.

Phelps is serving a four-year term for a drug conviction in Brookings County.
