Free flu vaccine clinic for kids Oct. 16 at Corn Palace

A free flu vaccine clinic for children ages 6 months through 18 years will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, at the Corn Palace, Mitchell.

A free flu vaccine clinic for children ages 6 months through 18 years will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, at the Corn Palace, Mitchell.

A limited amount of vaccine is also available for adults who accompany their children.

Parental consent is required and consent forms will be available for parents to fill out at the clinic. Parents can also fill out the form ahead of time if they cannot attend with their child. Forms may be obtained at the Community Health Office at 115 W. 12th Ave. in Mitchell.

There is no administration fee and no cost for the vaccine.
