The Davison County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. today in the Commissioners’ Room at the courthouse, 200 E. Fourth Ave., Mitchell.
As part of the agenda, the commissioners are scheduled to:
• Consider a request from Bill Nebelsick for a variance for a 5-acre lot for a family member to construct a residence on his Prosper Township property. The county normally requires a 25-acre lot to build a residence, but the ordinance allows an exception for family members.
• Consider approving a plat of S.J. Nebelsick Tract 1 in Davison County.
• Consider a variance request from Brian Nesheim to construct a detached pole garage on his property in Rome Township. A variance will be required because the property will not meet the required 75-foot setback.
• Discuss a time and date to work with Planning and Development District III Planner Brian McGinnis regarding a new county comprehensive plan.
