Walmart donates to Longfellow school

Longfellow Elementary School was the scene of a presentation of $50 Walmart rewards cards by Joe Childs and Dan Alexander to 20 Longfellow teachers Thursday.

The cards will help purchase classroom supplies.

The Walmart Teacher Rewards Program offers funds to teachers so they can get additional classroom supplies without spending their own money.

Longfellow teachers receiving the rewards cards are: Nancy Boyd, Shelly Sandhoff, Ashley Finkenbiner, Kris Borgan, Carrie Fickbohm, Stacey Hofer, Kristy Rehorst, Cathy VerSteeg, Megan Neuharth, Joanna Meyers, Nancy Noess, Julie Reichert, Mindy Childs, Michelle Semmler, Jacki Roy, Bobby Reindl, Esther Richmond, Linda Doescher, Jenny Mayer and Mary Nath.
