RAPID CITY (AP) — A Rapid City man has pleaded not guilty to charges that he possessed child pornography.

The media reports that 34-year-old Abraham Davila is charged with six counts of possessing, distributing or manufacturing child pornography.
He could face up to 90 years in prison if convicted of the charges.
Prosecutors say Davila also has a prior felony conviction for drug possession. He is due back in court Oct. 12 on the child pornography charges.
