LOWER BRULE — A Lower Brule man pleaded not guilty Monday to failure to register as a sex offender. Glen Eagle Thunder, 38, faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted of the charge.
He was indicted by a federal grand jury Sept. 19. Eagle Thunder is in custody awaiting trial. A trial date has not been set.
