Fort Thompson man pleads not guilty for failing to register as sex offender

Royce Gregory Loudner, 46, faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.

FORT THOMPSON — A Fort Thompson man pleaded not guilty Monday to failure to register as a sex offender. Royce Gregory Loudner, 46, faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted of the charge. He was indicted by a federal grand jury Sept. 19. Loudner is in custody awaiting trial. A trial date has not been set.
