Gant going to SD colleges today for voter awareness

South Dakota Secretary of State Jason Gant is reminding college students that September is National Voter Registration Month.
Today, Gant will travel across southeastern South Dakota, reminding students to vote in the Nov. 6 election.
Gant will promote voter registration and discuss the importance of practicing the right to vote. South Dakota politicians will be on hand to offer their thoughts on the importance of voting.
Below is Gant’s itinerary:
• 9-10 a.m. in the SDSU Student Union.
• 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Kilian College, Opportunities Fair.
• 2-3 p.m., Augustana College, Siverson Lounge in Morrison Commons.
• 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., USD Muenster University Center, Cherry Street Faculty Room.
