Things to remember

CANCER GROUP TO MEET: The Mitchell Area Cancer Support Group will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 25, in Conference Room 1 at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital, Mitchell.

Dr. Theresa Campbell, medical director of the palliative care program, will share information on palliative care services available at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital and the Avera Queen of Peace Cancer Center. She will explain what the palliative care team does for patients receiving this service.

SUPPORT GROUP GATHERS TUESDAY: Caregivers Support Group will meet at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Avera Queen of Peace Hospitality House, Mitchell.

Kathy Croucher, RN, will discuss her new business, Cozy Corner, and share information about the adult day care services she offers.
