Mitchell shoots 362 at Brookings Invitational

BROOKINGS — Mitchell’s Jacob Rice was the team’s top finisher at the Brookings Invitational Saturday, shooting an 86.

Mitchell shot a 362 as a team, while Sioux Falls O’Gorman won the tournament as a team with a 299.

After Rice, Jaron Weich shot an 87; Landon Pooley carded a 90; Aaron Sudbeck shot a 99 and Tyson Allen fired a 106.

On Friday, Rice again led the Kernels, which shot a 363, with an 82 at the Yankton Invitiational.

Weich shot an 88; Sudbeck finished with a 95; Allen shot a 98 and Pooley rounded the team out with a 99.
