Jacobs pleads not guilty to burglary

A Mitchell man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to burglary and possession of burglary tools.

A Mitchell man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Logan Jacobs, 23, was arrested Aug. 19 for allegedly breaking into a Mitchell Plumbing and Heating storage building. He apparently used bolt cutters to enter the building and attempt to steal items from the business.

Jacobs is in custody at the Davison County Jail.
