RAPID CITY (AP) — Authorities are investigating the cause of a fire in Rapid City that destroyed a house, wood shed and an abandoned mobile home.

The media reports that firefighters responded to the fire at about 2:15 p.m. on Monday.
Rapid Valley Volunteer Fire Department Capt. Deb Venable says an attached garage was saved but the other structures were deemed complete losses.
Venable says wind helped spread the fire.
No injuries were reported.
Geraldine and Duane Lamb say they had lived in the home for 27 years. The Lambs they will be staying with their daughter while they figure out their options.
