Ethan Booster Club needs volunteers

The Ethan Booster Club is in need of volunteers to help with the concession stand for all home games.

All parents with students in grades 7-12 are asked to volunteer to help at one game this year.

There is a sign-up sheet in the concession stand or you can contact Amy Hanselman to volunteer.

The money earned by the Booster Club last year supported many school activities including: student council, Omaha field trip, sports camps, plays, graduation and the awards banquet.

Your help and support is much appreciated by the students and the Ethan Booster Club.

The Booster Club also will be sending membership forms home with school age children.

The membership includes two Booster Club pre-game meals where members can buy one meal, get one free.

To become a member of the Booster Club, please contact either Sue Tilberg at (605) 227-4499, or Vicki Connor at (605) 227-4434 for a form.

Homecoming week will be Sept. 10 to 14. Dressup days are as follows: Monday, Burn/Hobo Day; Tuesday, Duct Tape Day; Wednesday, What in the World … ; Thursday, Maroon and Gold Day; and Friday, Blue and Silver Day. Coronation will be at 8 p.m. Monday in the gym.

Tuesday: Seventh and eighth and JV football at Freeman at 4 and 5 p.m. Volleyball vs. Plankinton at Ethan beginning at 5:15 p.m.

Friday: Football vs. Canistota at USF, 7 p.m.;

SaturdayCBH volleyball tournament at Kimball at 9 a.m.; seventh- and eighth-grade and junior varsity football jamboree at Emery.
