Donations still needed at Ethan library, preschool

The first day of school was held at Ethan on Monday, Aug. 20.
Total enrollment in the Ethan school is 253 students.
The school would like to welcome the following new staff members: Terry Eckstaine, superintendent; Jim Havlik, business manager; Sara Long, preschool; Stacy Whermann, special education; Twyla Mah, English; Paul Mah, instrumental and vocal music; Gaylord Goehring, math; Bryce Roth, social science; and Dennis Bohmont, industrial technology.
The preschool in Ethan is in need of gently used toys. Anyone with toys to donate to the preschool program, can drop them off at the school or contact Sara Long at 227-4211.
The library is also in need of donations of books for any age level. Please bring books to the school library or contact Nicole Neugebauer at 227-4211.
