A Louisiana man was arrested Sunday at the Kongo Club outside Mitchell for simple assault. Glenn Curtis White, 23, Ferriday, La., was allegedly involved in a fight in the Kongo parking lot.
One of the bartenders was injured during the fight, according to court documents, having received an inch-and-a-half long cut above his eye.
The bartender identified White as the man who hit him.
The charge carries a maximum of one year in jail and a $2,000 fine.
