Weekend vehicles fires in Huron might be arson

HURON (AP) — Police in Huron are investigating a series of vehicle fires over the weekend as a possible crime.

HURON (AP) — Police in Huron are investigating a series of vehicle fires over the weekend as a possible crime.

Chief Gary Will Jr. says a motor home and a car were destroyed, another car was damaged and a trailer was damaged. He tells the media that all of the fires happened within about 30 minutes early Sunday in the same part of town.

Will says police believe the car and trailer fires were cases of arson, and the motor home fire is being treated as suspicious. He says police have no suspects but there are two people of interest in the case that investigators want to interview.
