McCann, Schmidt married June 22

Danielle McCann and Kyle Schmidt were married on Friday, June 22, 2012, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Dimock, with the Rev. Dana Christensen and the Rev. Andrew Dickinson officiating.

Parents of the couple are Patrick and Kimberly McCann, Dimock; and Jeff and Teresa Schmidt, Hutchinson, Minn.

Maid and matron of honor were Anne McCann and Marie Shepardson. Bridesmaids were Kelsey Bosworth, Danielle Burke, Krista Creager and Tera Potts.

Best man was Matt McKeever. Groomsmen were Eric Schmidt, Alex Schmidt, Lars Mattison, Luke Leischner and Mike Bredeson.

Ushers were Ryan Murtha, Alex Muntefering, Jared Ailts and Aaron Sundmark.

A reception and dance were held at the Highland Conference Center, Mitchell.

Danielle is a 2012 graduate of South Dakota State University, Brookings, with a bachelor of science degree in history. She is attending graduate school at the University of Wyoming, Laramie, Wyo., for American studies, specializing in historic preservation.

Kyle is a 2012 graduate of SDSU, with a bachelor of science degree in geographic information science/geography. He is employed at Ivinson Memorial Hospital, Laramie.

The couple will live in Laramie.
