Mitchell woman pleads not guilty to meth possession

A Mitchell woman has pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine.
Melissa Ann Livingston, 33, entered a written arraignment and plea of not guilty Tuesday to an allegation she had meth in her possession Feb. 18.
She faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine if convicted of the felony. Livingston is scheduled to stand trial in November.
