Bormann, Jones to wed Aug. 25

Allison Bormann and David Jones announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Connie and Greg Bormann, Stickney; and LaVonna and Bruce Jones and Michelle Mazzocchetti, Indianapolis, Ind.

Allison is a 2002 graduate of Stickney High School, a 2007 graduate of South Dakota State University with a bachelor of science in chemistry and biology, and a 2012 graduate of Indiana University School of Optometry with a doctorate of optometry.

David is a 2004 graduate of Bishop Chatard High School, Indianapolis; a 2008 graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a bachelor of science in biology; and a 2012 graduate of Indiana University of Optometry with a doctorate of optometry.

They are starting an eyecare clinic called Jones Family Eyecare in Brandon. They plan to be open this fall for business.

An Aug. 25 wedding is planned in Stickney with a reception in Mitchell.
