Thiry, Carmody to wed Sept. 29

Abby Thiry and Zach Carmody announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Ed and Lynn Thiry, White Lake; and Brad and Karen Feterl, Mitchell, and the late John Carmody.

Abby is a 2009 graduate of Southeast Tech, Sioux Falls. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business at the University of Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls. She is employed at Sanford Health, Sioux Falls.

Zach is a 2012 graduate of South Dakota State University, Brookings, with a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and manufacturing. He is employed at Twin City Fan, Sioux Falls.

A Sept. 29 wedding is planned.
