Motorcyclist injured in Sioux Falls texting accident dies

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Sioux Falls police say a motorcyclist involved in a multi-vehicle accident has died. Philip Lowel Sorensen died shortly before 1 p.m. Thursday.

The Associated Press brief reporting Sorensen's death did not list his age or city of residence.

Brent O’Neal faces charges of felony hit and run, reckless and careless driving, and driving without a seatbelt or insurance coverage. His bond was set at $10,000 cash Thursday morning.
