Firesteel Healthcare Center in Mitchell has received a donated defibrillator.

To celebrate and recognize life-saving events, HeartSine has started the Forward Hearts program. It allows individuals or their families who have survived a sudden cardiac arrest event to give a HeartSine donated Samaritan PAD300 Public Access Defibrillator to the charity or organization of their choice.

The most recent donation given through HeartSine and its distributor, Southern Life Systems, will be given to Firesteel Healthcare Center anonymously.
