VFW JV tourney set for this weekend in Mount Vernon

MOUNT VERNON — The VFW Junior Varsity Baseball Class B State Tournament will be held in Mount Vernon Friday through Sunday.

MOUNT VERNON — The VFW Junior Varsity Baseball Class B State Tournament will be held in Mount Vernon Friday through Sunday.

Alcester will take on Canova in the opener at noon p.m. Friday, followed by Gregory vs. Volga at 2:30 p.m., Selby/Eureka against Parkston at 5:30 p.m. and Mount Vernon playing Garretson at 8 p.m. in the opening day’s nightcap.
