Man accused of assaulting woman on Belle Fourche path
BELLE FOURCHE (AP) — A Wyoming man is accused of attacking a woman who was walking on a bike path in Belle Fourche.

Michael Jurkowski, of Casper, Wyo., is charged with first degree attempted rape and second-degree kidnapping, along with alternative counts of second-degree rape, sexual contact without consent and simple assault.
Authorities say the assault happened about 10 p.m. Monday on the bike path near U.S. Highway 85.
The media reports that bond for Jurkowski was set at $25,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 3.
