On Wednesday, the Dakota Discovery Museum in Mitchell will host a Celebrating Badger Clark event from 4 to 8 p.m.

Admission to the event is free and open to the public, and the chuck wagon supper is $8.

Here’s a schedule of the day’s events:

4 p.m. — Cowboy poetry with Gale Patzlaff

5 p.m. — Music and highlights of Badger Clark’s life with the Badger Sett Band

6 p.m. — Chuck wagon supper served

6:30 p.m. — Entertainment from rodeo clown/entertainer Keith Isley

7 p.m. — Country/folk music by the guitar and mandolin duo Tom Peterson and Charley Smith
