The Parkston Mudcats topped the Sioux Falls Saints 10-5 in a non-league amateur baseball game Sunday at Cadwell Park in Mitchell.

Luke Tiesler picked up the win for Parkston, throwing the first six innings. He gave up five hits, two runs, one walk and he struck out eight.

Offensively for the Mudcats, Anthony Williams had three singles, Matt Malloy had a triple and a double and Jeff Harris had a double and a single. Beau Behrend added three singles and a double and Roger Albrecht had two singles.

Parkston (19-4 overall) plays at 8:30 p.m. Thursday against the Parkston Bullheads in the District 5B tournament.
