LETTER: Obama violates Constitution with immigration policy

On March 28, 2011, Obama stated there are immigration laws on the books Congress has passed that are very clear on how we have to enforce our immigration system. “That for me to simply through executive order ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as president.”

On March 28, 2011, Obama stated there are immigration laws on the books Congress has passed that are very clear on how we have to enforce our immigration system. “That for me to simply through executive order ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as president.”

On May 5, 2011, he stated that advocates wish he could just bypass Congress and change the law myself, but that’s not how democracy works.

On May 5, 2011, at another speech he states, that for me through executive order ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as president.

Sounds like he is on the same theme in 2011: “Would not conform with my appropriate role as president.”

However, on June 15, Obama did use an executive order to let 400,000 illegals stay in the United States.

It’s the role of Congress to make the laws.

It’s the role of the president to enforce those laws.

President Obama has once again violated the U.S. Constitution by changing the laws passed by Congress to suit his own gains. He has chosen many times since in office which laws to enforce and which laws he does not like and will not enforce. He has also made executive orders to pass other laws that bypassed Congress or went over congressional laws that were passed and on the books.

How many times can he violate the U.S. Constitution before we the people (the real American, legal people) stand up and demand that Congress impeach him?
