Moser bought his lucky ticket at LaGrand Station in Rapid City. The business will receive a bonus of $5,000 for selling the winning ticket.
Dakota Cash is played only in South Dakota. The jackpot currently sits at $80,000 for the next drawing on Wednesday.
The odds of winning the game's jackpot are about one in 325,000.
