YANKTON (AP) — Two federal prison inmates in Yankton who admitted trying to smuggle tobacco into the facility will be serving more time behind bars.

Twenty-nine-year-old Quentin Tucker and 36-year-old Devon Philips each was sentenced to six months in prison to be served after their current sentences.

U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says Tucker last August jumped the fence at the Yankton Federal Prison Camp, retrieved the tobacco from a prearranged location and then returned, while Philips acted as a lookout.

Tucker and Philips in April pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge. An escape charge against Tucker was dismissed.
