Starr, Keppen married April 21

Kristina Keppen and Mike Starr were married on Saturday, April 21, 2012, at Resurrection Lutheran Church, Mitchell, with the Rev. John Hansen officiating.

Parents of the couple are Pam and Ray Keppen, Scotland; and Jean and Stan Starr, Mitchell.

Maid of honor was Stephanie Keppen. Bridesmaids were Monica Keppen, Amy Keppen and Alicia Bennett. Flower girls were Abi Starr and Myah Keppen.

Best man was Brandon Starr. Groomsmen were Steve Starr, Kirk Christensen and Waco Kotrba. Ring bearers were Kory and Riley Keppen.

Ushers were Joe Keppen, Rob Keppen, Al Goldhammer and Cody Washburn.

Kristina is a graduate of Dakota State University, Madison. She is employed with the Mitchell School District as a kindergarten through eighth-grade teacher at Rockport Colony.

Mike is a graduate of Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell. He is employed by the Mount Vernon School District and Alignment Xperts, Mitchell.

The couple will live in Mitchell.
