LETTER: Tracy has experience, ability to lead Mitchell forward

I am supporting Ken Tracy for mayor and I ask other young families in our community to join me. Ken does not believe change is a negative or that things should always stay the same. He understands that progress is needed in our city to make Mitchell attractive to young families looking for a place to live, work and call home. Ken has the ability to see the big picture and is a visionary leader who will do what's best for our entire community.

During my first year on your City Council, Ken has provided me with valuable guidance and mentorship. His mentorship has been especially helpful as he serves as the chairman of the City Hall Relocation Committee of which I am a member. Ken is making sure that all ideas are given attention and that the process is open to the public.

Ken understands that city finances are the people's money and that diligence must be paid to any and all spending of your tax dollars.

Ken's nine years of experience on the council far exceed any other candidate. This will allow him to transition smoothly into the office of mayor and immediately be an effective CEO for our city.
