Rep. Kloucek presents Spark Plug of Scotland awards

SCOTLAND — The 2011 Spark Plug of Scotland award winners are Don Schmidt and family, and Wilbur and Elizabeth Foss.

SCOTLAND — The 2011 Spark Plug of Scotland award winners are Don Schmidt and family, and Wilbur and Elizabeth Foss.

The award is presented by state Rep. Frank Kloucek, D-Scotland, to members of the community who have been active in community organizations and causes. He presented this year’s winners with engraved clocks.

“It is an honor to present Don Schmidt and the Schmidt family, and Wilbur and Elizabeth Foss, with the Spark Plug of Scotland Award,” Kloucek said in a news release. “They are truly deserving of this award.”
