Third Avenue:

Widened between 2005 and 2006. Iowa Street to Minnesota Street: pre-construction width, 30 feet; post-construction width, 36 feet. Minnesota Street to Rowley Street: pre-construction width, 30 feet; post-construction width, 36 feet. Rowley Street to Kimball Street: pre-construction width, 40 to 41 feet; post-construction width, 42 feet. Kimball Street to Mentzer Street: pre-construction width, 30 feet; post-construction width, 36 feet.

Fourth Avenue:
