Mount Rushmore to host naturalization ceremony
RAPID CITY (AP) — The U.S. District Court of South Dakota will hold a naturalization ceremony at Mount Rushmore on June 14.
RAPID CITY (AP) — The U.S. District Court of South Dakota will hold a naturalization ceremony at Mount Rushmore on June 14.
According to media reports, about 90 people will become American citizens during the ceremony.
The Mount Rushmore Society is sponsoring the ceremony, which will be held in the amphitheater at 2 p.m.
The public is invited. The ceremony is free, but there is an $11 parking fee per car.
