Sioux Falls Police Spokesman Sam Clemens tells the Argus Leader that officers executed a search at Moe's home in the 1700 block of South Cameo Way on Thursday night. Clemens says Moe wasn't home but his 14-year-old son was arrested while trying to escape through a basement window.
Police say that Moe came home soon after.
