SIOUX FALLS (AP) — A father and his teenage son are in jail after a Sioux Falls drug bust.

Forty-seven-year-old Brian Robert Moe faces multiple drug-related charges, including possession with intent to deliver.

Sioux Falls Police Spokesman Sam Clemens tells the Argus Leader that officers executed a search at Moe's home in the 1700 block of South Cameo Way on Thursday night. Clemens says Moe wasn't home but his 14-year-old son was arrested while trying to escape through a basement window.

Police say that Moe came home soon after.

KELO-TV reports that officers found methamphetamines, synthetic marijuana and illegal mushrooms, along with seven firearms, two surveillance cameras and cash.

Officers had been investigating him for months based on a CrimeStoppers tip.
