LETTER: Volesky showed potential in school

To the Editor:

Tara Volesky was one of my top gerontology students at Brigham Young University. She has compassion and will put the senior citizens and citizens of Mitchell at the top of her list. I’ve been following the campaign, and Tara has some great ideas for the city of Mitchell.

Tara Volesky has helped me bring celebrities to the Huntsman World Senior Games over the years. She has the knowledge and vision and I would love to have her on the board of directors for the World Senior Games, but I know Tara’s passion is for the betterment of Mitchell. Mitchell is fortunate to have such a talented and passionate individual who I hope will be your next mayor.

I know Tara’s idea and plan for a wellness center will benefit everyone of all ages. She will put Mitchell’s best interests to heart. As a senior who is almost 80, I would love to come and see the Corn Palace and Corn Palace Plaza.

I highly recommend that you vote for Tara Volesky on June 5. She is a go-getter and will get things done. I guarantee she won’t let you down.
