Alissa Denke and Jeff Martinka announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Gary and Sue Denke, Delmont; and Steve and Becky Martinka, Spicer, Minn.

Alissa is a graduate of Armour High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English and government from Augustana College, Sioux Falls; and a master’s degree in English from the University of St. Thomas. She is employed at Ridgewater College, Willmar, Minn.

Jeff is a graduate of Willmar High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from St. John’s University. He is employed at AT&T, Willmar.

A June 2 wedding is planned at Augustana Chapel, Sioux Falls.
