GF&P Commission to meet at Custer State Park
CUSTER (AP) — The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Commission is meeting in Custer State Park Thursday and Friday.
CUSTER (AP) — The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Commission is meeting in Custer State Park Thursday and Friday.
Commissioners will have no finalizations from the April meeting, but they'll hear proposals on several hunting seasons.
They include: West River Deer, Black Hills deer, archery deer, muzzleloader deer, youth deer, archery antelope fall turkey, furbearers-trapping, muskrat shooting, august management goose take and a rule reduction initiative.
Commissioners are also scheduled to discuss the Fort Randall Concession Marina, revenue and visitation and mountain beetles.
The meeting at Blue Bell Lodge begins Thursday at 1 p.m. MDT.
