Mountain lion spotted in Charles Mix County

RAVINIA (AP) — The Charles Mix County Sheriff's Office is urging residents of Ravinia to be aware of their children and pets after a mountain lion was spotted in the area.

RAVINIA (AP) — The Charles Mix County Sheriff's Office is urging residents of Ravinia to be aware of their children and pets after a mountain lion was spotted in the area.

According to media reports, the lion was spotted in city limits at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Anyone who sees the mountain lion should report it to the Charles Mix County Sheriff's Office at 605-487-7625.
