MOORHEAD, Minn. — Nick Anglin pitched all nine innings as Dakota Wesleyan University’s baseball team picked up a 1-0 win over Concordia-Moorhead Tuesday in Moorhead, Minn.
Anglin allowed five hits and struck out one in the shutout effort.
Jon Holsworth went 2-for-3 at the plate for the Tigers and drove in the team’s only run in the eighth inning.
Dakota Wesleyan (20-29) returns home Thursday, when the team hosts Dordt College in a Great Plains Athletic Conference doubleheader. The Tigers are currently 8-8 in the GPAC.
