PIERRE (AP) — Gov. Dennis Daugaard says the state will soon host a group of Chinese business leaders who are interested in possible ventures in South Dakota.
The visit comes a month after Daugaard was part of a trade mission to China last month to learn about export opportunities.
Daugaard tells the media that the Chinese businessmen are expected to visit Yankton and Vermillion at the end of the month to learn about investment options in the state.
The governor says other business leaders and officials from overseas may be invited to South Dakota's Pheasant Hunt or Buffalo Roundup in the future.
