Trial to begin for Iowa man charged with killing wife

According to media reports, jury selection is to begin Tuesday for 40-year-old Thomas Petersen, of Greene.
He's charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of his 36-year-old wife, Judy, at their home in June 2011.
Petersen was arrested several hours later near Kadoka after a police chase. The couple's son, who was 2 at the time, was in the car during the chase but was not hurt.
Court officials will draw potential jurors from a pool of about 90 at the Butler Court District Court in Allison.
