LETTER: Excitement builds for Schorzmann campaign

Hats off to Jim Schorzmann for running for the District No. 20 House seat.

I was very disappointed in the attitude of Lance Carson for his past terms in the Legislature.

He said at the Legislative Forum on March 15 at MTI Tech Center that he voted against House Bill 1245 because not one county commissioner or veteran’s service officer contacted him. I for one was not aware that we had to take each legislator by the hand and show them how to vote. This bill, 1245, was a definite vote against the taxpayer as well as our veterans.

There should not have been a question of how the vote should have gone.

I cannot vote in District 20, but I can show support for Jim anyway possible.
