Minnesota man pleads guilty to methamphetamine possession

A 42-year-old Minnesota man pleaded guilty in Davison County court Tuesday to methamphetamine possession.

A 42-year-old Minnesota man pleaded guilty in Davison County court Tuesday to methamphetamine possession.

Robert Wells was arrested Dec. 8 after law enforcement found meth, oxycodone, synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.

He was initially pulled over for going 78 mph in a 75 mph zone.

Other drug charges against Wells were dropped by the state in exchange for his plea.

Judge Sean O’Brien ordered a presentence investigation and scheduled sentencing for May.
