The conditional use permit for a swine production unit to be considered today by the Davison County Planning and Zoning Commission was publicly noticed as being in the southeast quarter of Section 8 in Baker Township.
The proposed hog operation would actually be on a smaller parcel of land within that quarter section owned by Glen Titze. The land was sold to Titze in 2000 by Russell and Doris Metzger.
