Programs for fall kindergarteners set at Mitchell schools

Mitchell School District will hold Kindergarten Jump Start Nights on Tuesday April 24, and Thursday, April 26, at Longfellow Elementary, G.B. Rogers Elementary and L.B. Williams Elementary.

The nights are for kindergarten students who will be enrolled in the district this fall. Parents should choose the session where their child or children will be going to school and call the school to make a reservation.

Longfellow Elementary will hold sessions from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on April 24 and April 26. The screening will be from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 28.

G.B. Rogers Elementary will hold Jump Start from 5 to 6 p.m. and from 6 to 7 p.m. on April 24 and April 26.

L.B. Williams Elementary will hold sessions from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. both days.
