Man gets prison for sexual contact with person not able to consent

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Authorities say an Allen man has been sentenced to three years in prison for abusive sexual contact.

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Authorities say an Allen man has been sentenced to three years in prison for abusive sexual contact.

U.S. Attorney Brendan V. Johnson says 45-year-old Frederick Lee Packed engaged in sexual contact with a person who was incapable of declining participation.

Packed pleaded guilty to the charge in December.

Johnson says Packed will be on supervised release for 15 years following his release from prison.
