Vigil set for 9-year-old crash victim

There will be a candlelight vigil in memory of Bella Morgan on Tuesday.

There will be a candlelight vigil in memory of Iszabella "Bella" Morgan from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, at the corner of First Avenue and Duff Street, the site of the Saturday car crash that claimed her life at age 9.

Attendees are asked to wear baby blue (Morgan’s favorite color) and bring their own candles. Those attending the vigil will gather on the north side of First Avenue.
